CHANNEL: MEET MY WORLD OF THE HEART
The term channeling or channeling is used to define the mediumship of the New Age and is the conscious contact, through the space of the heart, with Energies that vibrate on a wavelength different from ours.
It is the ability to spontaneously and naturally listen to our interiority and the Beings of Light that always accompany us on our journey.
In the seminar we work to understand that we all have “antennas” that allow us to receive different frequencies from ours and that what we have to do is simply re-learn to tune in.
The time has come to become independent of external power mechanisms and to find within us, in the “space of our heart”, the answers to the whys of life and our inner Guide with which to communicate to illuminate our path of new knowledge and deep love./p>
THE INSIGHT GAME
Through meditations, people choose the goal of the evening and the tools to be able to achieve it: the talents, the shadow side (which blocks the realization), the positive events (which can favor it), the difficulties (which can interfere with the achievement of the objective).
The game ends with the choice of the Oracle card and the Major Arcana which summarize the work done.

UNIVERSAL REIKI
Reiki is a Japanese term that defines any way based on energy. “Rei” is translated as “Universal Energy” and “Ki” as “life force energy”.
It is a technique of energetic healing that brings harmony and serenity to the person and, at the same time, it is a path in which the energetic rebalancing acts on all the spheres of the person, from the body to the spirit.
Universal Reiki unifies the two methods of transmission of Reiki that are currently used: Reiki Usui and Karuna Reiki to reach a single activation that immediately gives the symbols of both in order to transmit the teaching in a fast and complete way.
RELAXATION AND ENERGETIC STRETCHING
